Refund Policy

Bazi Candle is a personalized digital product. Our refund policy balances your consumer protection with the irreversible nature of a delivered report.

Full refund

  • If your report has not been delivered within seven (7) days of a successful payment.
  • If the report contains computation errors caused by a defect in our software that we cannot correct within seven (7) days.
  • If the charge is unauthorized — contact us and we will coordinate with Creem to resolve it.

No refund

  • Once a correct report has been delivered. Reports are personalized and immediately usable; they are not refundable after delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction with the interpretive content (as opposed to computation errors). Bazi is an interpretive system; we do not guarantee agreement with the conclusions.

Physical items

Physical upsells (e.g., bracelets) follow the specific terms shown at checkout, typically fifteen (15) days from delivery with the item in original condition.

How to request

Email support@bazicandle.com with your order identifier and a short explanation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
